We are actively seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Revenue Growth Strategist to join our innovative team in our Amsterdam headquarters. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer behavior studies to identify untapped revenue opportunities and growth levers.
- Develop comprehensive growth strategies focused on pricing optimization, product adoption, new market entry, and enhanced customer lifecycle management.
- Partner with Product teams to define, prioritize, and launch features and improvements that directly contribute to revenue uplift and merchant value.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design and implement targeted campaigns and initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates, reducing churn, and increasing average revenue per user (ARPU).
- Establish robust A/B testing frameworks and experimentation protocols to validate hypotheses and refine growth tactics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all growth initiatives, providing insightful recommendations for iterative improvements and future strategic directions.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast the revenue impact of strategic decisions and resource allocation.
- Present clear, data-backed findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, driving consensus and informed decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the FinTech and e-commerce sectors to inform strategic planning.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a revenue operations, growth strategy, business intelligence, or similar analytical role, preferably within the FinTech or B2B SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive-level audiences.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and measuring successful revenue-driving strategies.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and statistical analysis.
