Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, selections, and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor, shelving, and backroom area.
- Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise, ensuring proper inventory levels and timely display.
- Support visual merchandising efforts by arranging products and displays to attract customer attention and promote sales.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and efficiently, striving for customer satisfaction.
