Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain all visual merchandising directives and planograms to brand standards.
- Design and implement creative product displays, window displays, and in-store promotions.
- Ensure stock is presented attractively, logically, and is easily accessible to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management to ensure timely replenishment for displays.
- Regularly review store appearance and product placement, making adjustments as needed to optimize sales.
- Conduct competitive analysis of local retail environments to identify new merchandising trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to understand sales patterns and prioritize merchandising efforts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas and general store appearance.
- Prepare visual reports and provide feedback on display effectiveness to management.
