Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse retail team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, merchandising, cash management, and loss prevention.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase foot traffic, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling of store staff.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
