Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the retail premises, both inside and outside, to deter theft and ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) for suspicious activities, security breaches, or potential safety hazards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, disturbances, or incidents as per established protocols.
- Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and irregularities accurately.
- Assist in the prevention of shoplifting and internal theft through diligent observation and reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and staff with security-related inquiries or concerns.
- Enforce store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance from both customers and employees.
- Work collaboratively with store management and staff to implement security strategies and address vulnerabilities.
- Maintain a visible security presence to ensure a sense of safety and order within the retail space.
