Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter theft, vandalism, and ensure a safe environment.
- Conduct regular patrols of the retail premises, including both indoor and outdoor areas, monitoring for suspicious activity.
- Operate and monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV) and alarm systems to identify and address security concerns.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established protocols.
- Assist customers and employees with inquiries, providing directions, general support, and excellent customer service.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, maintain order, and prevent losses.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Collaborate effectively with management and local law enforcement when necessary to resolve security issues.
