Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport to understand their needs and preferences.

- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring products are well-displayed, stocked, and the store environment is immaculate.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive customer experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within luxury goods or high-end fashion.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport with diverse customers.
