Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process cash, card, and other transactions accurately.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive and tidy.
- Monitor and replenish stock on shelves, ensuring product availability and organised storage.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking new stock, performing quality checks.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Actively promote sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Support store management in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
