Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Support the visual merchandising team in setting up displays and maintaining aesthetic standards according to brand guidelines.
- Organize and manage back-of-house inventory, including receiving, tagging, and storing products efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor areas.
- Provide general operational support to the retail team, contributing to a smooth workflow.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to product handling and safety.
- Assist customers indirectly by ensuring products are readily available and well-presented.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
