Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
- Replenish stock efficiently, ensure products are correctly priced, and participate in visual merchandising efforts.
- Support inventory management processes, including receiving deliveries and conducting stock checks.
- Actively promote store promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues professionally, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
