Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting them with product selection and queries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our till systems, handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to company guidelines.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, unpacking, pricing, and replenishing stock on the sales floor.
- Keep the store tidy, clean, and well-organised, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for all customers.
- Actively promote current promotions, offers, and the Next brand loyalty programs.
- Support colleagues and work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges politely and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company updates to better serve customers.
