Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to take charge of both kitchen and dining operations at our thriving Ajah, Lekki branch. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations, maintaining our high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all daily kitchen and dining room operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor restaurant staff, including cooks, servers, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food preparation, presentation, and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory, conduct stock takes, and ensure optimal stock levels for ingredients and supplies.
  • Implement and enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across all areas of the restaurant.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor operational costs and work towards achieving budget targets and maximizing profitability.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.

  • Familiarity with local Nigerian culinary traditions and international cuisine.
