Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas before service, including setting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist servers with taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables promptly after guests have finished their meals, maintaining a tidy dining area.
- Refill water glasses, manage condiment stations, and ensure guest comfort throughout their visit.
- Support the kitchen and bar staff by relaying orders and assisting with general restaurant operations.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all guest and back-of-house areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Learn and adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
