Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all dining areas, ensuring tables, chairs, floors, and surfaces are spotless after each shift.
- Sanitize and clean restrooms regularly throughout the evening shift, ensuring they are always fresh and well-stocked.
- Execute detailed cleaning of kitchen areas, including floors, work surfaces, and equipment, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
- Empty and clean waste bins, managing refuse disposal according to restaurant guidelines and environmental standards.
- Clean and maintain exterior areas, including entrances and immediate surroundings, to enhance curb appeal.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils as required, ensuring they are sparkling clean and ready for immediate use.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines set by the restaurant and local authorities at all times.
- Assist with other general duties as assigned by the restaurant management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained, stored correctly, and used efficiently and safely.
Required Skills
- Proven reliability and punctuality, especially for evening shifts and commitment to scheduled hours.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform duties diligently without constant supervision.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 15 kg), and move around for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and chemical usage (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively as part of a diverse team.
