Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and other restaurant premises.
- Clean and sanitize floors, walls, windows, and all surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with waste management procedures.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen equipment, countertops, and storage areas.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and cutlery, ensuring they are sparkling clean and properly stored.
- Monitor and restock restroom supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
