Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently replenish and maintain stock levels of beverages, garnishes, ice, and other bar essentials.
- Assist bartenders by retrieving items from storage, ensuring they have all necessary tools and ingredients readily available.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, counters, floors, and equipment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately and promptly to ensure a tidy and safe working environment.
- Wash and polish glassware, ensuring a constant supply of clean and sparkling glasses for service.
- Deliver drinks to tables when required, supporting the waitstaff and ensuring timely service to guests.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, breakages, or low stock levels to the Bar Manager or Supervisor.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide proactive support to the bar and restaurant team to enhance guest experience and operational flow.
