Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled technicians with routine maintenance and repair tasks across the resort property.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting duties as instructed.
- Conduct daily inspections of resort facilities, guest rooms, and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
- Report any major repair requirements or safety hazards to the Maintenance Manager promptly.
- Help with the upkeep of resort grounds, including basic landscaping, cleaning, and waste management.
- Prepare guest accommodations for arrival, ensuring all amenities are functional and presentable.
- Assist with the installation and repair of resort equipment and furniture.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Respond to guest maintenance requests efficiently and courteously.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and resort policies.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools safely.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and climbing.
