Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing an unparalleled guest experience. This role involves interacting directly with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing assistance with a wide range of requests, from restaurant reservations and activity bookings to transportation arrangements and local recommendations. You will be the face of our resort, ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcome. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills within a vibrant and dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all resort guests.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Make reservations for restaurants, activities, and tours.
- Arrange transportation for guests, including airport transfers and shuttle services.
- Provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on local events and attractions.
