As a Renewable Energy Consultant at Accenture, you will leverage your deep expertise in renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks to guide clients through complex challenges and unlock sustainable growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to renewable energy strategy development, feasibility studies, and project design for clients.
- Conduct technical, economic, and financial analyses of renewable energy projects (e.g., solar, wind, hydrogen, battery storage).
- Develop detailed business cases, financial models, and project implementation plans.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, present findings, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and proposals for executive-level audiences.
- Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of global and regional renewable energy market trends, technologies, and regulatory landscapes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to Accenture's thought leadership and capability development in the renewable energy sector.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in renewable energy consulting or project development.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two renewable energy technologies (e.g., solar PV, wind power, green hydrogen).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Sustainable Development, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks and energy policies in the Middle East region.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Experience with energy storage solutions or smart grid technologies.
