As a Remote Waste Management Operative, you will serve as the crucial link connecting our field operations, administrative functions, and client relations teams. Your primary focus will be on the virtual management of operational logistics, including the precise scheduling of waste collection and disposal services, meticulous monitoring of compliance with local and national environmental regulations through digital platforms, and maintaining accurate, comprehensive records of waste streams and their processing journeys. You will leverage various software platforms and our proprietary management systems to track progress, generate insightful reports on operational efficiency and environmental impact, and proactively identify areas for continuous improvement, ensuring that EnviroServ consistently delivers exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Virtually monitor and manage waste collection and disposal schedules across designated regions.
- Liaise remotely with field operations teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistical execution.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records of waste streams, volumes, and processing.
- Utilize waste management software to track operational performance and generate reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with all environmental regulations and company policies through remote audits and documentation checks.
- Prepare and present regular operational and compliance reports to management.
- Provide remote administrative support to field teams, including permit tracking and documentation.
- Identify and escalate operational challenges, contributing to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable waste management practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations support role.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration and client interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
