Fryer’s Cove Wines is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Remote Shop Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process online orders efficiently, from placement to dispatch coordination.
- Provide exceptional remote customer service via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with virtual inventory management, including updating stock levels on our e-commerce platform and liaising with the warehouse team.
- Contribute to the presentation and merchandising of products on our online store.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in our CRM system.
- Support marketing initiatives by assisting with content creation or scheduling for online promotions.
- Prepare and analyse weekly/monthly sales reports for the online channel.
- Handle administrative tasks related to shipping, returns, and customer feedback.

- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and CRM software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
