Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and comprehensive budget management.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and tools.
- Report and escalate to management as needed, providing regular, transparent updates on project status, risks, and challenges.
- Perform comprehensive risk management to minimize project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies proactively.
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with third parties/vendors and all project stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion agile methodologies and best practices within a remote, distributed team environment, fostering efficiency and collaboration.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as a Project Manager in a corporate environment.
- Solid organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for a remote setting.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote, distributed team environment.
