As a pivotal member of our team, you will manage your daily assignments from your home base, utilizing our advanced digital dispatch and communication systems to receive job orders, report progress, and manage inventory. Your primary role will involve travelling to various residential and commercial sites within Koppies and the surrounding areas to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on various plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, hot water heaters, and sanitation units.
- Install and repair fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water filtration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and prevent potential problems.
- Utilize digital dispatch systems and mobile applications for receiving job assignments, updating status, and completing service reports remotely.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, building codes, and industry regulations.
- Provide clear, concise explanations of issues and solutions to clients, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and organize personal work vehicle (or company-provided vehicle) with necessary tools and inventory.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably with field service experience.
