Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual client consultations to understand design needs, preferences, and project scope for holiday homes and local businesses.
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, including mood boards, 2D/3D renderings, and floor plans.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment (FF&E) within specified budgets and design aesthetics.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and client communications to secure project approval.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement schedules, ensuring efficient execution.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and local artisans to ensure design integrity and quality control.
- Provide remote guidance and support during the implementation phase, addressing any design-related queries or challenges.
- Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, and sustainable practices relevant to the coastal region.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Pringle Bay Property & Rentals' service offerings and brand reputation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably with residential or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and successful project completions.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional creativity, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, lighting, and material specifications.
