Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote guidance for clients on at-home hair maintenance, color care, and basic cutting/trimming techniques (where appropriate and safe).
- Engage with our online community through comments, Q&A sessions, and live streams, building brand loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital content with broader company campaigns and brand messaging.
- Recommend suitable hair care products and tools, explaining their benefits and proper application.
