Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging online theoretical driving lessons covering K53 regulations, road signs, defensive driving techniques, and vehicle maintenance.
- Create comprehensive and interactive digital learning materials, including presentations, videos, quizzes, and simulations, to enhance the remote learning experience.
- Conduct virtual one-on-one and group coaching sessions to clarify concepts, answer questions, and provide personalized feedback to learners.
- Assess student progress through online evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure thorough understanding and readiness for examinations.
- Stay continuously updated with the latest national driving regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in road safety.
- Provide expert guidance on practical driving techniques and pre-trip inspections through verbal and visual aids, preparing students mentally for in-car sessions (where applicable with local partners).
- Assist students in preparing for both written learner's license tests and practical driving tests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed student records, progress reports, and attendance logs using our online learning management system.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our remote driving instruction curriculum and methodologies.

Required Skills
- Valid South African Driving Instructor's Certificate (Grade A/B)
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of South African K53 driving regulations and road traffic laws.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in teaching, training, or instructional roles.
- Proficiency with online learning platforms and video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
