Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret architectural blueprints, schematics, and design specifications related to carpentry projects.
- Develop detailed material lists, cut lists, and cost estimates for various carpentry components, ensuring budget adherence.
- Provide expert consultation and technical guidance to clients and on-site teams regarding carpentry design, materials, and construction methods.
- Collaborate virtually with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of carpentry work.
- Conduct virtual quality checks and provide feedback on completed carpentry work, utilizing photos, videos, and detailed reports from on-site personnel.
- Research and recommend appropriate materials, tools, and techniques for specific project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices in carpentry and sustainable building.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex carpentry-related challenges remotely.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role with a strong portfolio.
