Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and hospital policies.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Assist with medical procedures, examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.

Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent professional qualification recognized in Germany.
- Demonstrated clinical nursing skills and proven patient care expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to think critically, make sound clinical judgments, and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in German language (minimum B2 level required for effective patient and team communication).

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
