Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical information.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic life support.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Required Skills
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Korea
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) if applicable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Compassion and empathy towards patients and their families
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Specialty certification (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency, Oncology)
