Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for the dynamic world of hospitality? Steigenberger Hotels AG is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Frankfurt am Main. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for various positions across our extensive network of hotels and corporate functions, with a specific focus on the unique demands of the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various hospitality roles (front office, F&B, culinary, housekeeping, management) and corporate positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source active and passive candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure alignment with company culture and values.
- Oversee the candidate experience, providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data, track progress, and generate reports.
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Steigenberger Hotels AG at career fairs and industry events.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in hospitality recruitment.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key and hard-to-fill positions.
- Facilitate offer management and support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR colleagues.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for various roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Specific experience recruiting for luxury hotel brands or large hotel groups.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic).
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) or recruitment-specific certifications.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment campaigns.
