Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned roles, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and compensation.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a competitive and attractive package.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent MTN at career fairs and industry events.
- Stay informed about current talent acquisition trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
