Key Responsibilities
- Attend local music events, showcases, and open mic nights in Sagamu and surrounding areas to identify promising new artists.
- Assist senior talent scouts in research and analysis of emerging music trends and artists.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential talent, including contact information, performance history, and genre preferences.
- Support initial outreach to artists, fostering positive relationships and representing Career.supersecrets professionally.
- Compile detailed reports on scouted talent, including preliminary assessments, market viability, and recommendations for further consideration.
- Assist with logistical coordination for artist auditions, meetings, and preliminary recording sessions.
- Learn and understand basic contract terms and artist agreements under the direct supervision of legal and management teams.
- Contribute creative ideas for innovative talent discovery strategies and artist development programs.
- Provide essential administrative support to the talent scouting department as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
- Actively engage with the local music community to build a strong network of contacts and resources.
