Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting and distribution of press releases, artist bios, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update media contact databases and press lists specific to music and entertainment.
- Monitor media coverage (online, print, radio) and compile press clippings reports.
- Support social media content creation and scheduling across various platforms.
- Assist in coordinating artist interviews, photo shoots, and promotional events.
- Conduct research on media trends, music industry news, and competitor activities.
- Provide administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling and organizing assets.
- Liaise with artists, managers, and other label departments as required.
- Help manage press kits and digital assets for artists.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for PR campaigns and strategies.
