Key Responsibilities
- Assist the A&R team with artist scouting, talent research, and trend analysis.
- Manage and meticulously organise all incoming artist submissions and demo materials.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules for A&R managers and artists.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new artists, musical trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate artist databases, project trackers, and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to artist contracts, licensing agreements, and clearances.
- Liaise effectively with artists, managers, producers, legal teams, and other label departments.
- Support the planning and execution of recording sessions, songwriting camps, and artist showcases.
- Monitor music industry news, technological developments, and intellectual property changes.
