Key Responsibilities

- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with artists, managers, producers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to inform talent acquisition and artist development strategies.
- Assist in the negotiation of artist agreements and contracts, ensuring fair terms for all parties.
- Support the artist development process, including creative direction, song selection, and project management.
- Coordinate various aspects of artist projects, from studio recording sessions to marketing campaigns and release timelines.
- Provide creative input and strategic guidance to artists throughout their journey with the label.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on talent pipeline, market trends, and project progress for senior A&R management.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable deep knowledge of current music trends, genres (local and international), and artists.
