Key Responsibilities
- Scout and identify emerging musical talent through demo submissions, live performances, and networking.
- Manage and organize all incoming demo submissions, ensuring timely review and feedback.
- Support A&R Managers in artist development, project management, and creative direction.
- Coordinate recording sessions, photoshoots, music video productions, and promotional appearances for artists.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities within the music industry.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with artists, producers, managers, and other industry contacts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on potential artists, including detailed analyses of their music, marketability, and growth potential.
- Assist with budgeting, administrative tasks, and contractual arrangements related to A&R projects.
- Represent the label at industry events, showcases, and festivals to discover new talent and network.
- Liaise with marketing, legal, and publicity departments to ensure cohesive artist campaigns.
