Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Learn and effectively use the hotel's property management system (PMS) for various tasks.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately and providing information.
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
- Familiarise yourself with hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests.
- Maintain a tidy and organised front desk and lobby area.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Shadow and support senior front office staff in their daily duties.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
