Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Learn to manage room allocations, reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our property management system.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally, taking accurate messages and relaying information.
- Provide comprehensive information to guests regarding guesthouse facilities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
- Assist guests with various inquiries, special requests, and promptly resolve minor issues or escalate complex matters to management.
- Accurately process guest payments, handle cash, and maintain meticulous billing records.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a pristine and organized reception area, reflecting the high standards of The Cock House.
- Undergo structured training modules focused on front office operations, advanced customer service techniques, and adherence to property standards.
