Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily feeding, watering, and monitoring of livestock (cattle, sheep, horses, etc.).
- Observe animals for signs of illness or injury and report findings to senior staff.
- Participate in general animal husbandry tasks, including herd movement, tagging, and basic healthcare.
- Undertake maintenance of fences, pens, and other ranch infrastructure.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as haymaking, planting, and harvesting.
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools under supervision (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of barns, stables, and equipment storage areas.
- Contribute to the upkeep of the estate grounds, including fencing and land management.
- Support senior ranch hands with various projects and day-to-day operations as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all animal welfare and safety protocols.
