Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily care and feeding of horses and other animals (e.g., chickens, sheep, small livestock).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of stables, barns, and animal enclosures.
- Perform general grounds maintenance including mowing, weeding, hedge trimming, and clearing pathways.
- Support with basic fencing repairs and other minor estate infrastructure maintenance.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as planting, harvesting, and preparing paddocks.
- Operate basic farm machinery and tools after receiving appropriate training.
- Monitor animal health and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Help with ad-hoc projects around the estate as required.
