Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budget proposals, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Administer construction contracts, including FIDIC or similar standard forms, ensuring compliance.
- Manage and negotiate project variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures to ensure budget adherence.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on all financial and contractual matters.

Required Skills
