Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to specifications.
- Operate and calibrate various testing equipment and measurement tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Document inspection results thoroughly and accurately, maintaining detailed records and logs in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials or products immediately, initiating corrective action procedures and collaborating on resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to address quality issues at their source and implement effective preventive measures.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of quality control processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Participate actively in training sessions to enhance skills, stay updated on industry standards, and master company protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and all relevant industry specifications and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
