Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products according to established specifications and procedures.
- Document and report inspection and test results accurately and promptly using designated forms and software.
- Identify and isolate non-conforming products or materials, ensuring proper tagging and communication to relevant departments.
- Assist in maintaining comprehensive quality records and databases, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Follow established quality control procedures, work instructions, and company guidelines meticulously.
- Collaborate effectively with production teams to address quality issues, investigate root causes, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Operate and maintain basic testing equipment, performing calibration checks as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
