You will work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, track, and thoroughly investigate bugs and other potential issues.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure defects are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant frameworks and tools.
- Analyze test results, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on usability, testability, and potential risks.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Proficiency in developing and executing manual and automated test cases.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
- Solid knowledge of SQL for database testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- ISTQB certification or other relevant QA certifications.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
