Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations and management of the pub, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Support the management team in supervising staff, including bartenders and servers.
- Learn and apply best practices for inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering supplies.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Help manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate till reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and themed nights.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Support staff training and development initiatives.
- Monitor facility cleanliness and conduct routine inspections.
