Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and active outreach within the Fujairah market.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of property trends, prices, and new developments in Fujairah City.
- Provide comprehensive property advice and presentations to potential buyers and sellers, tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of each listing.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements between clients, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial terms.
- Assist clients with all necessary documentation and legal processes related to property transactions.

Required Skills
