Key Responsibilities

  • Define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed programme plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Monitor programme progress, tracking key performance indicators and reporting regularly to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all programme activities adhere to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage external vendors and third-party relationships critical to programme success.
  • Facilitate change management processes and drive adoption of new initiatives.
  • Conduct post-programme reviews and lessons learned sessions to inform future best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager in a professional services or recruitment consulting environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise in programme management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
