Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, comfortable, and efficient private transportation services for hotel guests, VIPs, and management.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, regular servicing, and timely reporting of any mechanical issues.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and guest preferences to ensure punctuality.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide courteous, respectful interactions, anticipating their needs.
- Maintain a detailed logbook of journeys, mileage, fuel consumption, and service records.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to varying schedules, including potential evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Required Skills
- Valid Kenyan Driving License Class BCE and above with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or private driver experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Migori County roads, routes, and local landmarks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and personal integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
