Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the direct supervision of production line operations, meticulously ensuring optimal efficiency and strict adherence to established production schedules and targets.
• Vigilantly monitor product quality at every critical stage of the manufacturing process, guaranteeing full compliance with Fan Milk's rigorous quality standards and all relevant food safety regulations.
• Provide active support to the Senior Production Supervisor in the effective management of a diverse team of production operators, fostering a positive, collaborative, and highly productive work environment.
• Undergo comprehensive training to expertly learn and diligently implement all company and industry safety protocols, ensuring that all team members consistently comply with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Proactively participate in the identification, analysis, and resolution of operational challenges and bottlenecks, actively contributing to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts.
• Assist with the accurate inventory management and reconciliation of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods on the production floor, minimizing waste and ensuring traceability.
• Prepare comprehensive daily production reports, meticulously documenting output volumes, machine downtime, quality control findings, and other critical operational metrics.
• Ensure the impeccable cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all production equipment and work areas, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and operational readiness.
• Engage actively in structured training and development programs designed to cultivate a deep understanding of modern production management techniques, leadership principles, and regulatory compliance.

• Prior internship or industrial attachment experience (IT) within a manufacturing, FMCG, or food processing environment.
• Proven demonstration of leadership potential through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or volunteer work.
• Foundational knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP principles, and relevant food safety management systems.
