Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment under supervision, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Perform assembly of components, packaging of finished goods, and labelling in accordance with strict quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks on products throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Follow detailed production instructions and specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency in product output.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials from production lines as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and foster a cooperative work atmosphere.
- Participate in all required training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
